A classic vintage Hardy Fibalite 8ft 2-piece spinning fishing rod in good original condition.

Made in England, this quality Hardy rod is constructed from glass fibre and represents a superb example of traditional British rod manufacturing. Designed for spinning, it features a comfortable full-length cork handle together with the smooth, progressive action that made Hardy Fibatube rods so highly regarded.

The rod appears to retain all of its original guides, whippings and finish and does not appear to have ever been broken, rewhipped or repaired. The spigot joints still have plenty of life remaining in them, with good joint gaps visible (please see the final photographs).

Overall, the rod remains in good original condition with honest signs of age and use expected from a vintage fishing rod. It is supplied without a rod bag.
